why if we see a man of color in a state of “danger” we recognize it immediately—think: everybody was scared to fucking death for obama when he was giving speeches post election—because RIGHTFULLY—we understood that he had broken a “rule” of white supremacy and was in fucking danger.

I need to understand why we see a black woman defending herself from male violence begging for help and the police—and we don’t recognize *IMMEDIATLY* that she’s in a state of fucking danger—not just from the man she’s defending herself from, but from the police as well. I need to know why people were laughing and pulling out the cameras BUT NOT HELPING HER. why did it take seven minutes for somebody to pull that fucker away from her??

Why do we not understand that a woman defending herself—A BLACK WOMAN defending herself from male violence is in fucking DANGER AND NEEDS PROTECTION? that she is breaking a “rule” of (white supremacist) male supremacy?

It took seven minutes because they weren’t interested in helping her, they were trying to save him from doing time for whatever was in his pocket.

No one gives a shit about Black women.
